Thought I'd get a little blog/update topic on the go for the events going on this year.

Well done to those who competed at the Gwent league last weekend in Bridgend; despite being a small turnout for the first race of the year it went well and the sun was out (for a change) making it quite a nice, if not a little hot, start to the season!

Aled and Moses came 15th and 20th in the under 23s category respectively whilst Kathleen finished 3rd in the East Wales competition for the age group and is still working back towards full fitness.

Due to the lack of numbers our team scores were pretty poor, with any luck all of our endurance runners will be out in force to bump up the points in Bath on the 14th November!
