Reckon you've got what it takes to become a fighter? Want to improve on your coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and overall stamina? Whether you want to learn to spar, maintain and improve on your overall fitness or generally have some kickass workout fun, Cardiff's University Kickboxing Club is for you! The club has some of the best and supportive instructors around, with two formal socials and various nights out anticipated in the forthcoming year. Sparring classes are held for those who are interested in semi-contact fighting and two grading events are held throughout the year too. Whether you're new to the sport or have past experience in any form of martial sport/ arts, the club welcomes and invites you to one of the most dedicated, committed and motivating clubs on offer.
