Welcome to Cardiff University Lacrosse Club!

We are a large club with a variety of members from complete beginners to international players. The coaching sessions are great fun- the perfect way to meet new people, learn an exciting new sport or develop your existing skills, and improve your fitness.

We have a LADIES' 1st team playing in the BUCS league on Wednesday afternoons for more experienced players, and a LADIES' 2nd team for budding players who are looking to develop their skills and make that leap to an experienced level of play.

The MEN'S team take on novices every year and continually turn out highly experienced players. Matches are Wednesday afternoons in the BUCS league.

We hold training sessions for more experienced and 1st team players on Tuesdays as well as training for everyone on Thursdays, including 2nd team players and beginners. We also run weekly fitness sessions on Mondays and further training on Fridays, which are a great opportunity for mixed lacrosse and extra coaching.

SOCIALS take place on Wednesday nights and always involve a lot of friendly banter and laughter! TOUR is a brilliant experience and excellent opportunity to bond with other members. You will have an extensive fancy dress wardrobe by the end of year, unless you've lost or destroyed it on a night out!

We take part in VARSITY against Swansea University each year- arguably the best day of the sport and social calendar- and we regularly participate in charity events. We currently hold the Guinness World Record for the world’s longest lacrosse match. We raised money for the charity 'Right to Play', which helps children learn and grow through the power of sport.

We regularly play in both men's, ladies’ and mixed tournaments throughout the year. These are a great chance to get more game time, whatever your level of play.
