 From its relatively aged conception, the Malaysian Students Society of Cardiff University (MSSCF) has managed to establish itself as one of the largest societies at Cardiff University and among other Malaysian Societies in the UK.

Through our famed tagline “Your Home Away from Home”, MSSCF aspires to be a welfare orientated society for any MSSCF. MSSCF hopes to encourage and create a diverse membership base; welcoming students from all academic disciplines and ethnicity. Our iconic “MSSCF Hospitality” has shaped our society to be a podium for cultivating friendship beyond race, creed or culture and absolutely no one is a strange to the society.There could be a million ways to describe MSSCF, but the easiest way would be to hail it as a diversity in all forms.

We have been recognized for our excellence with 4 consecutive Best Society of the Year awards and 2 Gold Star Society Awards, awarded by Cardiff University’s Student Union. Finally, the MSSCF was the winner of the “GRANTED” Competition 2012 organized by Talentcorp Malaysia.

One of our core aims is to provide a platform to cultivate social, cultural and educational awareness. Yearly MSSCF organizes 3 flagship events which are:

• The leadership Conference
• The Festival of Diversity (FOD)
• Cardiff European Games 

The biggest achievement for MSSCf would be the FOD IX. The musical boasted a cast of about a 100 and managed to attract about 700 audiences. We managed to cater the show at the St Davids hall and managed to generate heaps of good reviews from numerous individuals. It showcases the beauty and uniqueness of diversity across different cultures and ethnic groups.
