Here at the Cardiff Uni Yoga Club we dedicated to providing great value yoga; we do this by charging a one-off membership fee to join and we don't charge any extra for attendance in classes.
You don't have to be the most flexible person around to do yoga, it is relaxing and over time you will feel the difference. The yoga we provide is predominantly Hatha Yoga which is a general term that includes many physical types of yoga. It is a good starting point to learn the basics, as well as to develop your practise.
We usually have 3-5 classes per week (depending on demand and room/instructor availability). Having two knowledgeable yoga instructors means the classes are interesting and varied; they are also flexible (no pun intended) in their teaching to suit your needs.
All levels are welcome to any session. Please register for each session you attend.
As well as benefiting physically & mentally from regularly practising yoga, you can also expect to meet many friendly, like-minded people both in our classes & on our socials which can be anything from relaxing drinks in a cafe to a more energetic night out.
